After installing the radar, the barrier gate cannot be closed or cannot be closed in place
- Disconnect the wiring of the license plate recognition or other ports to test if the gate is functioning properly. If it is functioning properly, check the following settings.
- The anti smashing time is set too long. Please set the anti smashing time to be slightly less than the actual closing time (the closing time refers to the time from the start of the gate closing to the moment when the gate rod is close in place).
- The center distance between the radar and the fence pole is less than the requirements in the installation specifications. Please adjust the installation position again.
- Check the “distinction between people and vehicles” setting item, and adjust the sensitivity of some fence type gate rods with strong reflection characteristics to a lower level.
